ARTICLE 1 - WEBSHOP

1.1. The Bodilson webshop is registered with the Chamber of Commerce and pays its statutory contribution to the tax authorities. Chamber of Commerce number: 08059229 VAT identification number: NL802242960B01. You will find our contact details on our website.

1.2. Our webshop is equipped with an SLL certificate. This means that we meet all legal requirements with regard to the security of your personal and payment details. We strive for continuous improvement of the security of your data. In case of abuse by hackers, we will report to the police.

1.3. We never provide your personal data to third parties. If we provide your personal data to third parties, we will always ask for your permission in advance.

1.4. We are obliged to report to the police in case of suspected abuse or fraud.

1.5. The webshop has taken out professional liability insurance to cover against any wrongful liability claimed by a customer.

1.6. We strive to provide you with excellent service at all times. If you have any doubts about the purchase of a product, our employees are happy to help you.

 

 

ARTICLE 2 - SHIPPING

2.1. In the checkout module in the webshop you can see which shipping costs apply for the item in question.

1. Accessories up to a purchase price of € 75, - suitable for sending by GLS. Shipping costs € 6.95

2. Small furniture such as side tables, cats etc suitable for sending by GLS. Shipping costs € 9.95.

 

 

ARTICLE 3 - WITHDRAWAL PERIOD, EXCHANGE, RETURNS

3.2. CANCEL / EXCHANGE: If you want to exchange an item or cancel the order, this is always possible within 30 days after delivery of the order. The 30-day period commences on the day after the day of delivery of the order.

3.3. GLS SHIPPING You can contact our employees by email at sales@bodilson.com. Include your invoice number and address details in your email. You will receive a return label from the GLS. The GLS returns the goods. The costs for returning are € 6.95 and will be deducted from the amount to be returned. As soon as the item has been properly returned, undamaged and preferably packed in the original packaging, the purchase amount will be refunded. This happens within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment.

 

 

ARTICLE 4 - THE AGREEMENT

4.1. The agreement between the web shop and the customer is final when he has authorized the web shop to debit the money from his account, when the customer has made a payment via iDEAL or when an invoice has been sent to the customer afterwards. After the 30-day cooling-off period has expired and the payment has been received by the webshop, the customer has become the owner of the product concerned.

4.2. The agreement has been concluded electronically, by filling in the required fields and confirming the order.

4.3. As a customer, you are obliged to fulfill your payment obligation to the webshop. If you do not pay within the set term, you will receive a reminder from us. If you still have not paid after 14 days, you will be charged. If, after several reminders, you have still not paid the debt due, we will hand over the collection to a collection agency.

4.4. After you have made a purchase, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. It contains the product you have purchased, what it costs you and where you can go with any complaints and comments.

4.5. We are obliged to deliver the product or article to you within 30 days, unless the delivery time is stated otherwise. If due to unforeseen circumstances the article is not available within this period, we will inform you.

4.6. The delivery of products abroad can take longer than a delivery in the Netherlands. The costs charged for shipping to an address abroad are visible to you when you purchase the product.

 

 

ARTICLE 5 - THE PRICE

5.1. The prices listed on our webshop always include VAT. The costs to be paid for sending the product will become visible when you have added the product to your shopping cart.

5.2. When you authorize us to automatically debit an amount from your account number, you are obliged to provide us with a correct account number. Abuse or fraud is punished and reported to the authorities that must be aware of it. In addition, a report is made to the police.

5.3. The price listed with the product on the website cannot change during your purchase. Typesetting and printing errors are subject to change. You pay the amount that is visible with the product and which is also confirmed to you, if you electronically agree to the purchase. It states the purchase price again.

5.4. If you buy a product during a period where there is no promotion, you will not be eligible for a discount afterwards.

 

 

ARTICLE 6 - COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY

6.1. Complaints about the delivery should in the first instance be reported to us via info@coming.nl. Our employees are happy to assist you. We will then contact the relevant delivery person regarding the delivery of the product. Our delivery staff will of course do their utmost to deliver the product to your home undamaged.

6.2. Complaints about the product itself must be reported to us by email. Describe your complaint as specifically as possible. We will contact the manufacturer or wholesaler for you and will mediate for you as an intermediary. If it is within our capabilities, we will solve the problem for you ourselves.

6.3. Complaints are usually handled by us within 14 days. Complaints are always handled in writing. After a complaint has been settled, you will receive a survey from us with regard to the settlement of complaints afterwards. We kindly request you to fill it in and return it to us. We want to provide you with excellent service at all times.

6.4. A warranty applies to every product we supply to you. How long this warranty lasts depends entirely on the product. If you discover a defect or defect in one of our items, we request that you report this to us within 48 hours of delivery. We do not give a washing guarantee. Any problems after washing are at your own responsibility.

6.5. If the product breaks within the warranty period, we will refund the full purchase amount to you. However, this does not apply when there is intent or deliberate damage. We also kindly request you to contact your insurance company if the damage occurs after the warranty period. It is possible to claim this on the contents insurance. In both situations, no refund can be made without a receipt. After the expiry of the warranty period, the replacement value will also lapse in the event of possible payment of damage. Payments are then made on the basis of current market value.
